For the entire 2023/2024 season, disabled people will be able to enjoy free accreditation for individual matches.
It will only be possible to accommodate 40 non-ambulatory disabled people (in wheelchairs) with a companion in the parterre of the covered grandstand and 50 disabled people with a companion in the Curva Nord Inferiore sector.
In order to facilitate access to the Renzo Barbera Municipal Stadium, Palermo F.C. has set up a seat reservation system reserved for the disabled which will make entry safer and easier. The service is compulsory and provides for the possibility for disabled, ambulatory and non-ambulatory people with wheelchairs in possession of a 100% disability certificate, to attend home matches free of charge. If the disabled person needs continuous assistance, free admission is also provided for an adult companion.
ACCESS TO PROCEDURE FOR ACCREDITATION REQUEST:
It will be necessary to send the accreditation request for each match, via e-mail to biglietteria@palermofc.com 5 days before the day of the match (example: match on Friday -> request on Sunday; match on Saturday -> request on Monday; match of Sunday -> requests on Tuesday).
It will be necessary to attach the following documents to the email: a copy of the identity document of both the disabled person and of any accompanying person, a document issued by the competent bodies certifying 100% disability, the request form (downloadable at the bottom of the page) completed in all its parts.
All requests received before or after the established deadlines or missing the required necessary documents will not be taken into consideration.
Once the e-mail has been sent, wait for the acknowledgment of accreditation to be received, which will also contain the instructions for withdrawing the accreditation.
Palermo F.C. reserves the right to accept the requests received respecting the order of presentation and in any case until all available places are filled.
In case of no response to the email sent, the accreditation request is to be considered rejected.
To collect the accreditation on the day of the match, get to the pre-filtering checks and then at entrance number 9 with a copy of the confirmation email received and with an identity document (also of the accompanying person if provided) no later than 30 minutes before the race.
