July 14th training report

Palermo FC's pre-season preparation continues in Trentino Alto Adige.

The Rosanero had a double session even today: recovery in the gym in the morning, while in the afternoon a technical and mobility activation, ball possession, a tactical drill on the offensive phase and a themed match.

Francesco Di Mariano underwent instrumental investigations which highlighted a first degree lesion to the rectus femoris of the right thigh. The footballer has already started the rehabilitation process of the case.
