Palermo FC’s new season ticket campaign, valid for the 2023/2024 Serie B championship, will kick off from Wednesday 5th July at 13.00.

Once again this year the old season ticket holders (2022/2023) will be the protagonists, and will be able to take advantage of a long pre-emption period to renew or change their seats at discounted rates compared to the cost of all the individual races. For them, more than 40% discount in some sectors (adult and women/over 65), and at least 50% discount in all sectors for all Under 16s.
Benefits also for new season ticket holders, who with the season card will save in some cases up to more than 30% of the sum of the races purchased individually. In particular, for new Under 16 subscribers the dedicated discount will be at least 40%.

New this year is the “family promo”, dedicated to families and the under 14s, to whom a sector of the stadium in the upper tiers will be reserved, up to a maximum of 600 seats. The promo will allow families to purchase up to 2 “family promo” season tickets for children under 14 at a cost of 19 euros each, provided that they are linked to the purchase by a parent of a full rate season ticket, only during the free sale phase. Any other parent, if they wish, will have the opportunity to purchase a place in the same sector at the reference rate.

Finally, like last year, the agreement with the University of Palermo has been confirmed: all students in possession of a Unipa Card will be able to enjoy a discounted rate for subscriptions, i.e. the same rate envisaged for the pre-emption phase of the old subscribers. The benefit is also extended to professors and university staff in possession of a university slip.

Season passes with discounted rates for families and university students can only be subscribed starting from the free sale phase and until the end of the season ticket campaign (in the case of the “family promo” until seats are available). For this purpose, a special point of sale will be set up in the offices of the “Renzo Barbera” Stadium, where users during the purchase phase will complete a special self-certification, in addition to the privacy form and the subscription form, in order to take advantage of the special rates.

Subscribing to Palermo this year also means transforming one’s passion into a concrete gesture in favour of those in need, to build a healthier and more fair community, also thanks to sport, without leaving anyone behind.

By subscribing, Palermo fans will “adopt” Palermitan students in difficult social and family conditions, allowing them to continue their studies after middle school, thanks to special scholastic merit scholarships which will allow them to purchase textbooks and teaching materials and support the costs of schooling.

For each subscription subscribed, Palermo will in fact donate two euros to the “Vivere per sognare (“Living to dream”)” project of Associazione Giovani 2017 3P Onlus, in collaboration with Maredolce Onlus, the charity partner of the club who will add its own donation to the proceeds raised from season tickets to help extend the benefits of the initiative as much as possible.

From 13.00 on Wednesday 5th July 2023 to 23.59 on Sunday 16th July 2023 all season ticket holders for the 2022/2023 football season will only be able to confirm their place.

The pre-emption will not be transferable to third parties, only 2022/2023 season ticket holders will be able to purchase during this phase and exclusively on a personal basis.

During this pre-emption phase, each subscriber - with his own “subscription number” - will be able to confirm his place through various channels: online at palermofc.vivaticket.it and in all Vivaticket sales points, including the Vivaticket sales point “Siamo Aquile Bar & Store” inside the Renzo Barbera Stadium.

During this phase it will not be possible to change one’s place, occupied in the 2022/2023 season.

Season ticket holders who confirm their 2022/2023 seat during this sales phase will not have the right to change their seat in the next pre-emption phase.

Mini season ticket holders for the 2022/2023 season are not included in the pre-emption.

At the end of this pre-emption phase, all places not confirmed by season ticket holders 2022/2023 will be freed up.

From 11.00 on Tuesday 18th July to 18.00 on Wednesday 19th July, only 2022/2023 season ticket holders who are members of Amici Rosanero (the association that holds the popular share of the club) who have not confirmed their place in the previous phase, will have the opportunity to choose a new place. For this purpose, a special physical point of sale will be set up in the offices of the “Renzo Barbera” stadium.

Mini season ticket holders for the 2022/2023 season are not included in the pre-emption.

From 16.00 on Thursday 20th July to 23.59 on Wednesday 26th July all season ticket holders for the 2022/2023 sports season who have not confirmed their seat in phase 1.1 will be able to change their seat and choose a new one while maintaining the discounted rate.

The pre-emption will not be transferable to third parties, only 2022/2023 season ticket holders will be able to purchase a new seat during this phase and exclusively on a personal basis.

During this phase all the unsold seats in the 2022/2023 season and all the seats not confirmed during the pre-emption phase 1.1 and all the seats not purchased by the Amici Rosanero in the phase 1.2 will be on sale.

Each subscriber - with his own “subscription number” - will be able to change his seat through various channels: online at palermofc.vivaticket.it, in all Vivaticket sales points, including the Vivaticket sales point “Siamo Aquile Bar & Store” inside of the Renzo Barbera Stadium.

Mini season ticket holders for the 2022/2023 season are not included in the pre-emption.

At the end of this last pre-emption phase, the discounts for old subscribers will no longer apply.

 
THE SEASON NUMBER IS A 7-DIGIT PERSONAL CODE PRESENT IN EACH 2022/2023 SEASON CARD NEXT TO THE WORDS “Num. Abb. :”.

The season ticket number code, which must be requested online and in Vivaticket points of sale to access the pre-emption phases (renewal and seat change) with discounted rates, must be transformed into a 12-digit code, by placing “00000” (five times zero) before the rest of the code printed on the card, without any spacing.

EXAMPLE:
- FOR SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER -> 0559744, ENTER -> 000000559744
- FOR SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER -> 1028904, ENTER -> 000001028904

If 2022/23 season-ticket holders do not have a pass for any reason, they can go to the info point of the Renzo Barbera Stadium or send an e-mail to biglietteria@palermofc.com requesting the “subscription number”.
It is possible to request several “subscription numbers” in the same email.
Each email must include (emails with missing mandatory information will not be processed):

• Subject of the email: 2022/2023 subscription number request
• Email text: Name, surname, place of birth, date of birth, tax code, mobile phone number (this will be the mandatory information for each “subscription number” requested)
• Compulsory attachments: front/back copy of identity document for each “subscription number” requested

Starting from 11.00 on Friday 28th July, new season tickets can be subscribed through various channels: online at palermofc.vivaticket.it and in all Vivaticket sales points, including the Vivaticket sales point “Siamo Aquile Bar & Store” inside the Renzo Barbera Stadium. In this phase it will no longer be possible to take advantage of the discounted pre-emption rates.

All subscribers who subscribe to a season ticket in the pre-emption phase or during the free sale, both online and in Vivaticket points of sale, will receive a voucher/purchase receipt with which their season ticket can be collected later (also by proxy) at the premises of the “Renzo Barbera” stadium.

• Paper copy of the voucher received after stipulation.

In any case, collection can be delegated by adding a hard copy of the collection proxy and a hard copy of the identity document of the delegating subscriber to the aforementioned documents.

Disabled people, as already during the 2022/2023 season, will be able to enjoy free accreditation for individual matches.
In order to facilitate access to the Renzo Barbera Municipal Stadium, Palermo F.C. has set up a system for booking seats for the disabled which will make entry safer and easier. The service is compulsory and provides for the possibility for disabled, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory people with wheelchairs in possession of a 100% disability certificate, to attend home matches free of charge. If the disabled person needs continuous assistance, free admission is also provided for an adult companion.
