Individuals with 100% certified disabilities will be entitled to free admission for each Palermo FC home match during the 2025/2026 season, subject to prior request for each individual event.
To facilitate access to the “Renzo Barbera” Stadium, Palermo FC has implemented a seat reservation system dedicated to fans with disabilities, both ambulant and non-ambulant (wheelchair users), holding a valid certificate of 100% disability.
The system will allow fans to submit a request for complimentary tickets on a match-by-match basis, subject to availability.
If the person with a disability requires continuous assistance, free entry will also be granted to one accompanying adult.
ACCREDITATION REQUEST PROCEDURE
Accreditation requests must be submitted exclusively via email to the following address: [email protected]
In accordance with the regulations, only requests submitted within the deadlines indicated in the official press releases for each match—published in this section: https://www.palermofc.com/it/news/—will be considered.
Please note that start and end dates for request submission may vary for each match. We recommend checking the designated section regularly for updates.
Each request email must include the following attachments:
-
The accreditation request form for disabled supporters, fully completed, dated, and signed (available for download at the bottom of the webpage);
-
A valid certificate issued by the relevant authorities, attesting to 100% disability (including any mention of required assistance, if applicable);
-
A copy of the disabled applicant’s ID and, if applicable, a copy of the accompanying person’s ID, as specified in the disability certificate.
Requests submitted before the official press release is published, after the deadline, or without the required documentation as outlined in this regulation will not be considered.
SEATING AVAILABILITY
For each match, Palermo FC will accommodate:
-
Up to 40 non-ambulant disabled fans (i.e., in wheelchairs, with optional accompanying person) in the Covered Stand parterre;
-
Up to 50 ambulant disabled fans, with optional accompanying person, in sectors “061” and “062” of the Lower North Stand.
Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only until available seats are filled.
Once the request email has been sent, please wait for a confirmation reply. If no response is received, the accreditation is to be considered denied.
Upon confirmation, the complimentary tickets will be automatically issued by the ticketing system and sent via email to the same address used for the request, no later than 2 days before the match.
Tickets must be presented at the stadium entrances either digitally on a smartphone or in printed format, together with a valid original ID document.
STADIUM ACCESS FOR AMBULANT DISABLED FANS
Access to the stadium for ambulant disabled supporters is allowed only with a valid entry ticket (either a complimentary disabled access ticket issued by Palermo FC or a regularly purchased one), and must be made via the turnstiles indicated on the ticket.
STADIUM ACCESS FOR NON-AMBULANT DISABLED FANS (WHEELCHAIR USERS)
Access for wheelchair users is permitted exclusively with a valid entry ticket issued by Palermo FC, following a properly submitted request as per the current regulation.
It is not possible to independently purchase a ticket for the reserved wheelchair-accessible areas. Availability is limited and strictly managed by the Club.
Therefore, fans must contact the Club to:
-
Check availability of complimentary tickets, following the procedure outlined in the official accreditation guidelines;
-
Request purchase, if any remaining seats are available, for a spot in the Covered Side Stand, but only upon explicit authorization from the Club.
Access for wheelchair users will take place only via the “DISABILI” gate, located near the Covered Stand turnstiles.
For security and public order reasons:
-
Access to the Curva or Gradinata stands is not permitted for wheelchair users, even if holding a valid ticket for those sectors;
-
Access to the “DISABILI” gate or Covered Stand is not allowed without a valid Club-issued ticket for the designated area, or without an explicitly authorized ticket via Club approval;
-
Entry through the “DISABILI” gate to the Covered Stand is prohibited for anyone holding a ticket for other sectors (Curva or Gradinata).
