Palermo continued their preparations with a morning training session in Torretta ahead of their upcoming away match against Ascoli.
The session was led by Assistant Coach Maurizio D’Angelo, who stood in for Head Coach Filippo Inzaghi, absent due to tonsillitis.
Following strength work in the gym, the Rosanero completed defensive drills and a practice match using neutral players on the sidelines.
Niccolò Pierozzi underwent surgery following the dislocation of his left shoulder. The operation was successful, and the player will begin his rehabilitation programme in the coming weeks.
