Palermo FC supports the Provincial Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Palermo, which, as part of the Italian Chefs Federation (FIC), sends its Culinary Team to represent the Sicilian city in the most important national and international cooking competitions. Starting in the coming days with the Italian Cooking Championships in Rimini, the most important national event (recognized by Worldchefs, the world organization of chefs), and continuing with the prestigious RAK Porcelain Culinary World Cup 2026, one of the most important championships in the world for national teams, which will take place in Luxembourg in November.
The aim of the collaboration is to generate further opportunities to promote the Palermo brand in international contexts, in this case also thanks to the gastronomic excellence of the territory and its expertise. Under the agreement, the Palermo logo will accompany the chefs in their competitive commitments and in a series of joint initiatives, with events organized at the Renzo Barbera Stadium (in the hospitality rooms and on special occasions), as well as at the Palermo CFA in Torretta. On these occasions, the Culinary Team Palermo will be the protagonist of show cooking, tastings, technical demonstrations, and masterclasses, helping to enrich the experiential offer linked to the world of Palermo.
Through this initiative, Palermo FC confirms its desire to create authentic connections with local excellence, even beyond the purely sporting sphere, from culture to entertainment, music, art, and the world of associations, promoting professionalism and tradition and strengthening the bond between the city, its team, and its finest expressions.
