Anglo-Palermitan Trophy: info requests for disabled people

Palermo FC announces that for the friendly match between Palermo and Manchester City, valid for the Anglo-Palermitan Trophy and scheduled for Saturday 9th August 2025 at 9.00pm, requests for accreditation reserved for disabled people must be sent exclusively by email to [email protected] from 10.00am on Tuesday 29th July and no later than 11.59pm on Friday 1st August.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCREDITATION

All accreditation requests must be complete with:

• disabled accreditation request form completed in all its parts
• document issued by competent offices certifying 100% disability
• copy of the identity document of the disabled applicant and any companion (if required by the disability certificate)

All requests received before or after the deadline and/or lacking the necessary documents will not be considered.

It will be possible to accept accreditation requests from 50 disabled people that are unable to walk (in wheelchairs, with a companion if necessary) in the Covered Gallery, and for 70 disabled people that are able to walk with a companion if necessary in sectors “295” and “296” of the Lower South Stand.

 

Palermo FC reserves the right to accept accreditation requests in the order in which they are received and in any case until all available places are filled.

Once you have sent the email, please wait for confirmation of acceptance. If you do not receive a reply to your email, your accreditation request will be considered rejected.

Disabled accreditations will be sent automatically by the ticketing system within 2 days of the match and in digital format directly to the email address from which the request was received.

Accreditations must be presented at the entrances directly on a smartphone or in printed form, together with a valid original identity document.

ACCESS

Access to the facility for disabled people who are able to walk will only be granted if they are in possession of a valid ticket (free accreditation for disabled people received by email or a ticket purchased in the normal way) and will be directly from the turnstiles indicated on the ticket.

Access to the facility for disabled persons in wheelchairs will only be allowed if they have a valid ticket for the Covered Gallery (free disabled pass received by email or ticket purchased in the normal way) and will only be granted through the “DISABILI” (disabled) entrance near the turnstiles of the Covered Gallery.

For reasons of safety and public order, wheelchair users will not be allowed access to the Stands and Terrace under any circumstances, even if they have a valid ticket.

Furthermore, access to the covered grandstand via the “DISABILI” entrance will not be permitted with a ticket purchased for another section (Stands or Terrace).
