Palermo Women secured an away victory in the Sicilian derby.
The team led by Rosalia Pipitone defeated Catania Femminile 2-0 in the match valid for the 4th matchday of Group D of the Serie C Women’s Championship.
Chirillo broke the deadlock in the 71st minute, finishing off a run by Dragotto on the right side of the penalty area. In the 75th minute, the rosanero doubled their lead with a splendid free kick goal by Incontrera.
