Palermo FC announces that, following technical issues encountered by some season ticket holders when registering on the Club’s new digital ecosystem, the ticket purchase procedure for the second leg of the Serie BKT 2025-2026 playoff semi-final has been updated.
Phase 1 of the pre-emption period, reserved for 2025-2026 season ticket holders, will be extended by one day and will close at 11.59 pm on Thursday 14 May. During this phase, season ticket holders will also be able to purchase their ticket through the Vivaticket platform, without the need to register on the Club’s official website, at the following link: https://www.vivaticket.com/it/ticket/playoff-bkt-25-26-palermo-fc-palermo-semifinale-playoff-prelazione/302396
To access the purchase process, users will simply need to use the login credentials of any Vivaticket account, including the one potentially used to purchase their season ticket. Please note that this option will be available exclusively during Phase 1 of the pre-emption period.
As a result of the extension of the pre-emption period, Phase 2, reserved for holders of a “FINAL PACK” or a ticket for Palermo v Catanzaro, will be active from 11.00 am to 11.59 pm on Friday 15 May.
Phase 3, the general sale, will be available from 11.00 am on Saturday 16 May until 8.00 pm on Wednesday 20 May, or until all available seats are sold out.
