Palermo FC is delighted to present its new digital ecosystem, developed in collaboration with IM*MEDIA, our Official Digital Partner. This project represents a deep renovation of Palermo’s online presence and marks a further step forward in the innovation and modernisation of the fan experience.
The new platform integrates technology and content in a single, connected environment, thanks in particular to a centralised sign-up system (SSO) based on advanced City Football Group technologies, which allows users to access the website, e-commerce, app and ticketing area securely and seamlessly.
The project, which involves all digital environments, creates a modular, scalable and constantly evolving ecosystem capable of adapting to the needs of the Club and its fans. The visual identity of Palermo FC permeates the design of all digital touchpoints, offering a consistent experience that replicates online the sense of belonging experienced at the Barbera stadium.
The new palermofc.com website—together with the redesigned online store, optimized to ensure smooth navigation on any device, the apps, the ticketing system, and the fan area—is now part of a single, comprehensive rosanero hub. This hub provides services, exclusive content, real-time match updates and statistics, dedicated initiatives and promotions, along with a new ticketing flow.
Thanks to the integration with Vivaticket, each user will be able to purchase tickets or season passes by registering on the Club’s new website and accessing their Vivaticket profile, where new season tickets and digital passes will appear in the “My Palermo” section. Titles purchased through the previous system (such as the 2025/26 season tickets or the Pink Pack) will remain available on the old Vivaticket ticketing platform in the “My Vivaticket” area, accessible with the credentials previously used.
The system will soon be integrated with new loyalty initiatives designed to reward interactions and further strengthen the connection between fans and the Club, creating a true digital home for the rosanero community, accessible from anywhere in the world.
