Palermo FC VS Mantova: Media accreditation info

news - 20 August 2026 | 10:00

Palermo FC announces that, on the occasion of the Palermo-Mantova match, valid for the Round of 32 of the 2026-2027 Coppa Italia Frecciarossa and scheduled for Thursday 3 September at 6:00 pm at the Renzo Barbera Stadium, Media accreditation requests must be submitted exclusively via email to [email protected] no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday 27 August. Each news outlet may request only one accreditation for a journalist already in possession of the Italian Order of Journalists press card.

All accreditation requests must be submitted on headed paper, signed by the editor-in-chief and, in accordance with legal requirements, must include the following:

  • first name, surname, date and place of birth;
  • Order of Journalists membership number or AIPS Card number for journalists and photographers;
  • ID number for radio technicians.

TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTERS

Television and radio broadcasters holding a 2026/27 Serie A license must send their Media accreditation request to Palermo FC ([email protected]). Radio broadcasters may accredit one journalist plus one technician, while non-licensed television broadcasters may accredit one journalist only, as the post-match press conferences of both teams’ registered players will be produced exclusively by Lega Calcio Serie A. No extensions will be granted for authorisations issued for previous seasons.

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Photographers holding a 2026/27 Serie A license must register via the portal https://booking.seriea.media in accordance with the procedures currently in force. Photographers holding a 2026/27 Serie B license, on the other hand, must send their Media accreditation request to Palermo FC ([email protected]) and simultaneously to Lega Calcio Serie A ([email protected]). No extensions will be granted for authorisations issued for the previous season.

SELECTION CRITERIA

As provided for by national regulations, Palermo FC reserves the right to select and consequently reject accreditation requests, even if submitted within the stated deadline, should the number of requests exceed the available capacity of the Press Tribune and/or should the requests not meet the necessary requirements (for example, media outlets whose main and regularly covered topics do not include football and, in particular, Palermo FC or the opposing team). In the event of selection due to limited availability, priority will be given to Media outlets already accredited in the previous season.

Requests submitted after the date and time indicated will be automatically rejected. Once the accreditation request selection process has been completed, only in the event of a rejected request, Palermo FC’s Press Office will send notification by email within 48 hours before kick-off. The selection of requests submitted by media operators travelling with the away team will be carried out in cooperation with the relevant Press Office.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION PICK-UP

Media operators duly accredited for the match will be able to access the stadium through the pre-filtering gates using the nominal list and, starting two hours before kick-off, may collect their press pass at the Media Entrance of the Covered Stand, at the desk staffed by stewards.

MEDIA PARKING

The designated parking area for accredited Media is the one in front of Stadio delle Palme. In accordance with public safety provisions, access is permitted, via nominal list, only after the pre-filtering area has been set up, exclusively through the entrance on the Curva Nord side.

POST-MATCH ACTIVITY

Post-match interviews will take place in the stadium press room (2nd floor, South Tower). The Press Tribune will be available to Media operators until three hours after kick-off.
