Palermo, coached by Filippo Inzaghi, will leave this afternoon for Australia to continue their pre-season training camp in Perth.
The team is due to arrive in the capital of Western Australia on the evening of Tuesday 4 August. Training sessions will be held at Dorrien Gardens, with the first one scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday 5 August.
While in Perth, the rosanero will play two friendly matches. The first is scheduled for Friday 7 August at 7.00 pm local time (1.00 pm in Italy) at the Sam Kerr Football Centre against Melbourne City, in the second edition of the Anglo-Palermitan Trophy. The second will be played on Tuesday 11 August at 6.00 pm local time (12.00 pm in Italy) at HBF Park against Juventus as part of the prestigious “Calcio Italiano” festival. Palermo will also hold their final training session at HBF Park on the afternoon of Monday 10 August.
The last training session in Perth is scheduled for Wednesday 12 August. The team will then return to Italy and resume training in Palermo on Friday 14 August.
