The coach of Palermo Women Rosalia Pipitone commented on the win against Salernitana Women to the official microphones of the Club.
“We are very happy to get back to win. Today the team played a great first half – said the rosanero coach – which deserves to be appreciated. Special mention goes to Incontrera, who broke the deadlock with an incredible goal directly from a corner kick. After the goal conceded at the start of the second half, the team dropped back but thanks to a proud reaction we managed to win the match. Special mention also goes to our defence, which showed resilience and proved capable in the set-up phase too”.
