Palermo Primavera Head Coach Stefano De Angelis commented on the win against Perugia on the Club’s official channels.
“It was a fantastic win, following an almost perfect performance from the team in both attacking and defensive phases. The boys showed great solidity against one of the best sides in the league, if not the best in terms of quality and experience. We are very pleased. We are continuing on our development journey and must keep moving in this direction without letting our guard down. We saw that as soon as our intensity dropped, we started to struggle. We need to maintain this mentality, and I am convinced that if the boys continue working like this, they will have plenty of reasons to celebrate.”
