PUMA and Palermo FC today unveil the new Neon Kit for the 2026/27 season, a jersey celebrating the authentic spirit and energy of the Club.
Featuring the claim “Old Soul, New Energy”, the new kit tells a story of continuity and renewal. A concept born from the meeting between Palermo’s heritage and a new expressive force, reinterpreting the Club’s identity through a contemporary language of light, intensity and energy.
In the new kit, the modern use of colour frames the return, for the first time in the Club’s history, of the 1987 crest, in the season marking its 40th anniversary: a shield featuring diagonal stripes and the first eagle facing right, symbolising forward movement. In this context, history is also transformed: the historic crest has been reworked into a simplified, monochrome form without lettering, engaging with the language of the present. This is where the Neon Kit finds its balance—not between past and future, but at the point where the two meet and ignite one another. It is a tribute to the city and the Club, both equally capable of changing while remaining true to themselves, evolving without ever losing sight of who they are.
The jersey’s visual identity takes shape from the contrast between the Flat Dark Gray base and the luminous accents in Team Light Pink and Electric Peppermint, recalling the aesthetic of neon lights. The elegant mandarin collar and sleeve trims finished in Electric Peppermint give the kit a dynamic identity, capable of illuminating the present without losing its connection to the past.
The new regular-fit jersey combines fabrics made from 100% recycled polyester with PUMA’s advanced dryCELL thermoregulation technology, a moisture-management system that helps keep the body dry and comfortable. Ideal both for matchday and everyday wear, the jersey is made using innovative RE:FIBRE technology and contains at least 95% recycled textile waste. The values that define the Club are reflected not only in the jersey’s design, but also in the way it is produced.
