Palermo, led by Filippo Inzaghi, are set to begin their training camp.
Tomorrow, the rosanero will gather in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena (BZ), where they will carry out their summer preparations until 30 July at the “Mulin da Coi” sports centre, with free admission to training sessions.
On Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July, the team will undergo tests and functional assessments in the gym in the morning, followed by a technical-tactical training session on the pitch in the afternoon.
A total of 28 players have been called up for the training camp, including seven Primavera players:
-Augello, Bani, Cassandro, Ceccaroni, Desplanches, Estevez, Gomes, Gyasi, Hernani, Johnsen, Joronen, Le Douaron, Magnani, Nespola, Palumbo, Peda, Pierozzi, Pohjanpalo, Ranocchia, Segre, Vasic;
-Anghileri Giulio (2008, attaccante), Avena Pietro (2007, difensore), Balaguss Nils (2008, portiere), Balsamo Francesco (2009, centrocampista), Bertolino Pietro Salvatore (2009, attaccante), Sciortino Riccardo (2009, difensore), Squillacioti Salvatore (2008, centrocampista).
During the training camp, Palermo will play five friendly matches:
- Wednesday 15 July, 5.30 pm: Palermo FC vs FC Gherdëina (ITA) – Mulin da Coi Sports Centre, Santa Cristina in Val Gardena (BZ);
- Saturday 18 July, 4.00 pm: Palermo FC vs FC Ingolstadt 04 (GER) – Mulin da Coi Sports Centre, Santa Cristina in Val Gardena (BZ);
- Wednesday 22 July, 5.00 pm: Palermo FC vs FC Paradiso (SUI) – Mulin da Coi Sports Centre, Santa Cristina in Val Gardena (BZ);
- Saturday 25 July, 4.00 pm: Palermo FC vs FC Nürnberg (GER) – Sportzone Laugen, Naz-Sciaves (BZ);
- Wednesday 29 July, 5.00 pm: Palermo FC vs FC Iraklis 1908 (GRE) – Mulin da Coi Sports Centre, Santa Cristina in Val Gardena (BZ).
Please note that full-price tickets for each match scheduled in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena will be available for purchase exclusively at the sports facility’s ticket office, priced at €10. Admission will be free for children under the age of 14. Entry arrangements for the match to be played in Naz-Sciaves will be announced at a later date. Ticket sales for the five friendly matches will be managed directly by the local organisers.
