Palermo FC will take part in “Cuori inDIVISA”, a charity event scheduled for Saturday 6 June at 5:00 PM at the Paolo Borsellino Velodrome in Palermo. The event aims to raise public awareness of gender-based violence and femicide, and will feature a selection of players from Palermo Women.
At 6:00 PM, following an opening segment dedicated to music and comedy entertainment, the rosanero will play a friendly match against a representative team of women from the Police Forces and the Armed Forces.
The initiative is the result of a collaboration between the association “Oltre le Paure” (APS Italia), chaired by Linda Moceri, and the security and defence sector trade unions COISP, SIM Carabinieri, USPP, SINAFI and ASPMI, united in the “Cuori inDIVISA” project.
Admission will be free, and all voluntary donations collected during the event will be donated entirely to charity by the association “Oltre le Paure” in support of the children of femicide victims.
