Pinkers is Palermo’s official rewards platform, designed to bring fans closer to the club like never before. By taking part in activities on the platform, you can earn Pinkers Points (divided into Points and XP), which help you progress through the levels and unlock access to exclusive rewards and benefits, such as matchday activities at the Barbera and meetings with players, both in person and virtually, and much more. It’s very simple: the more you explore and engage, the more opportunities you’ll have to earn and redeem rewards.

Points are the spendable currency of the program: they accumulate based on the value of your actions and are deducted from your wallet only when you redeem a reward.

• XP (Experience Points) is a fixed score that measures your “fan signal”. They are never spent (they remain intact even if you redeem rewards) and serve exclusively to establish your seasonal level (Tier).

No, spendable points do not expire and have an indefinite duration in your wallet. Conversely, XP is reset at the end of each season (1st July), while the Tier you earned thanks to those XP remains valid and secure for the entire following season.

Tiers are the 4 membership levels of the Pinkers program. The more XP you accumulate during the season, the higher you climb. The higher your Tier, the better the benefits and the value of rewards you can access.

The only way to level up is to accumulate XP during the current season. The transition to the next Tier is immediate: as soon as you exceed the required XP threshold. The thresholds for the Tiers are the following:

• Supporter (0 – 9,999 XP)
• Pro (10,000 – 24,999 XP)
• Champion (25,000 – 39,999 XP)
• Legend (40,000 + XP)

Points and XP are accumulated by completing various activities in the Palermo world, divided by their value:

• Interaction: Inviting friends via referral, answering quizzes, surveys and daily/weekly votes
• Presence: Checking in at the stadium per match, both home and away matches
• Purchases: On e-commerce and store

Points can be earned both online and in physical stores. In physical stores, just scan the receipt/ticket. For e-commerce, point credit is automatic and instant.

It’s the “Refer a Friend to Pinkers” challenge. Within the app you’ll find a unique invitation link to share with your friends. For each friend who signs up to the Pinkers program using your link, you receive +200 XP and +150 points. The challenge has a maximum limit of 8 friends per season.

You can check your spendable points balance and your XP progress bar at any time directly within the dedicated section in the official Palermo app or on the Pinkers website.

They are immediate. As soon as you complete the action or spend the required points, they appear in your profile/wallet

A badge is a permanent digital recognition that certifies your fan achievements and is stored in your wallet. For example, by completing the What Type of Pinker Are You? Quiz you will unlock a personalized badge. Some exclusive badges will give you access to dedicated rewards or reserved content during the season.

No, points are strictly personal and linked to your unique account.
