Absolutely! You have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your items, provided you have the receipt.

Please make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

You can choose between:

  • a voucher valid for 6 months from the issue date, or
  • an exchange for items of equal value to your original purchase.

No, changes to the design, color, sponsor, or player number during the season do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, customized products (those printed with a name and/or number) cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a player’s number changes, customized jerseys with the previous number are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes! You can exercise your right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply fill out the contact form in the “Contact & Support” section of our website.

Then, ship the item back within 14 days of your request using the prepaid label provided by our Customer Care team.
Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, even when using the prepaid label.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
To change an item, please return it for a refund and then place a new order.
