Palermo FC announces that, for the Palermo v Juve Stabia match, the opening fixture of the 2026-2027 Serie BKT season, scheduled to take place on Sunday 23 August 2026 at 9.00 pm at the Renzo Barbera Stadium, accreditation requests for persons with disabilities must be submitted exclusively via email to [email protected] from 12.00 pm on Thursday 13 August until no later than 11.59 pm on Saturday 15 August.
HOW TO REQUEST ACCREDITATION
All accreditation requests must be duly signed and accompanied by:
- a fully completed accreditation request form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD IT);
- a document issued by the relevant authorities certifying 100% disability;
- a copy of the ID document of the person with a disability requesting accreditation and, where applicable, of their companion (if provided for in the disability certificate).
Any requests received before or after the specified period and/or without the required documentation will not be considered.
Accreditation requests can be accepted for up to 40 persons with disabilities classified as “non-ambulatory” (i.e. wheelchair users, with a companion where applicable), who will be accommodated in the parterre area of the Main Stand, and for up to 50 persons with disabilities classified as “ambulatory” (with a companion where applicable), who will be accommodated in sectors “061”, “062” and “063” of the Lower Curva Nord.
Palermo FC reserves the right to accept accreditation requests in the order in which they are received and, in any event, subject to availability. Accreditations will be allocated first to spectators with disabilities, in chronological order of receipt of their requests, and only subsequently to any companions, also according to the chronological order in which the relevant requests were received.
Once a request has been submitted, applicants must wait for an email confirming that the accreditation request for the person with a disability has been accepted. This communication refers exclusively to the request for the person with a disability and does not constitute confirmation of accreditation for any accompanying person. If no confirmation email is received, the request should be considered unsuccessful.
Following confirmation, accreditation passes for the person with a disability (and any accompanying persons, where applicable) will be automatically issued by the ticketing system in digital format and sent as attachments to the email address used to submit the request, within the two days preceding the match.
Any accreditation request for an accompanying person will be assessed separately, subject to the remaining availability of seats. If the access ticket for the accompanying person is not included in the email containing the accreditation passes, this means that the relevant request could not be accepted due to lack of availability. In this case, the accompanying person may independently purchase a ticket in the same sector allocated to the person with a disability, subject to the remaining availability of seats.
Accreditation passes must be presented at the stadium entrances either directly on a smartphone or as a printed copy, together with an original, valid ID document.
PARKING INFORMATION
In accordance with the applicable regulations, please note that the parking area in front of the “Stadio delle Palme” is reserved exclusively for Media representatives accredited for the match, in full compliance with the right to news reporting and in agreement with USSI, and for duly accredited “non-ambulatory” persons with disabilities, in accordance with the relevant federal procedure.
Any parking spaces still available shortly before kick-off may be allocated to other supporters with disabilities, provided they hold a valid disability parking permit. Please note that access to the parking area is permitted only when the holder of the disability parking permit is present and holds a valid ticket for the match.
